James C. Gussett Scholarship

The friends of James C. Gussett who was a faculty member from 1966 until 1998 and acted as the Assistant Dean of the College, Chairman of the Department of Mathematics and Computer Science, advisor to Alpha Lambda Delta, Legislative Board and Chi, created this scholarship to honor his time here and service to the Longwood community.

Student must be enrolled full-time.
Student must be a Mathematics or Computer Science major.
Student must have a minimum 3.0 GPA as a high school student, or 3.0 GPA at Longwood.
Recipient shall be eligible to renew the scholarship until an undergraduate or graduate degree is awarded, if recipient continues to meet the selection criteria.
