T. Burt & Sarah Hazelwood Family Scholarship

The purpose of this scholarship is to support the mission of Longwood, as well as the financial need of her students, through the selfless and steadfast commitment made by T. Burt and Sarah Hazelwood.

The recipient(s) of the award(s) must be a full-time Undergraduate student seeking an Undergraduate degree from Longwood University.
Student must be majoring in History, Political Science, or Philosophy.
The scholarship is renewable at the discretion of the department, as long as the student meets the University’s minimum student requirements.
Selection is decided by the History, Political Science, and Philosophy committee
