Betty Jane Shackelford Ellison Memorial Scholarship

Established by Mr. R. Morris Ellison in memory of his wife, Betty Jane Shackelford Ellison ’56 who was a dedicated educator and teacher.

Student must be a Virginia resident.
Student must be enrolled full-time as an undergraduate, seeking a certification to become an Elementary Teacher.
Student must have a 3.0 GPA on a 4.0 scale.
Selection shall be made by Teacher Education Scholarship committee and the office of Financial Aid.
