Created by Mrs. Anne Kelly Bowman to support those intending to teach and to honor Mrs. Alice E. Carter.

Preference: Student must intend to teach grades K-7
Student must demonstrate financial need.
Student must show academic achievement.
This scholarship is renewable as long as the student meets the minimum academic requirements.
