David K. Buchanan Fund

This scholarship was created by the relatives, friends, co-workers, and military comrades to honor David K. Buchanan. Buchanan was an active supporter and integral part of the Longwood College community. a supporter of his Church, a Military Officer, a former Longwood Ambassador, and a member of Tau Kappa Epsilon Fraternity.

Student must be an Incoming Freshman.
Student must demonstrate high academic achievement and demonstrated financial need is preferred.
Scholarship is renewable when there is no recipient that meets the selection criteria, the previous year’s student must have maintained satisfactory academic standing.
